My sleep coaching is just right for you if your baby/child has problems falling asleep or sleeping through the night or if your baby is a cry baby.
Would you like to help your baby/child solve this sleep problem?
It is important that the help for better sleep keeps the child's needs in mind and does not jeopardise the bond. To achieve this, you need a personalised approach that has been developed for you and your baby. With my sleep counselling you will receive individual help.
Sleep counselling helps parents to support their baby's sleep development in a loving and needs-oriented way and to eliminate the cause of sleep disorders.
Children suffer when they have difficulty falling asleep or sleeping through the night. Your child also wants to learn to sleep. However, they need an individualised plan for this and don't want to be forced into a schedule that doesn't take their needs and pace of development into account. Rigid schedules are demonstrably unhealthy. Simply letting your child cry it out is not a solution that will allow your baby to fall asleep happily. That's why my sleep counselling provides you with an individual, needs-based approach that is precisely tailored to your child's needs. Because your child deserves to grow and thrive in a loving, protected environment! I will support you in guiding your child safely and securely into a restful sleep.
Loving for your baby/child
Your child's needs are at the centre of the sleep consultation. You can rest assured that he or she will be helped in a caring manner.
Customised design
Every child is unique! That's why sleep counselling is individually tailored to your baby/child and the needs of the parents. The basis is an individual and detailed analysis of your life situation.
Holistic help
My sleep counselling helps to solve the sleep problem by finding and eliminating the causes of the sleep problems. This gives the whole family strength and joie de vivre. Step by step, you and your child will find a restful sleep rhythm.
Together we solve the problems:
Difficulty falling asleep
When your child cries, has to be carried, needs hours of stimulation (such as rocking, bouncing, swinging or riding) and still doesn't settle down well. This not only stresses parents, but also the child. That's why attachment-orientated help through sleep coaching is good for the child, but also for the parents.
Many babies and children need to end the day with storytelling. However, if your child ends the day crying inconsolably for a long time and can't get to sleep even though they are tired, then attachment-orientated sleep coaching is a relaxation aid for you and your baby.
Wakes up at night and cannot go back to sleep independently
If your baby wakes up frequently at night and then can't settle down again without you running an activity programme that robs you of your sleep, it's worth supporting them early on. This is because these supposedly calming activities wear off quickly. Without help, your child will soon need more intensive activities and/or longer-lasting activities from you in order to fall asleep again.
Cannot sleep alone
If your child wakes up immediately when you move out of bed or the room, or the baby can only sleep on you, it is worth taking a look at your child's sense of security. Even small changes in everyday life can often help to give your child more security when it comes to falling asleep. In sleep coaching, we develop a sense of security for you and your baby that meets your individual needs.
Has very irregular sleeping times and is therefore awake at the wrong time
When it is awake, the child is unbalanced and tired, when it is bedtime, it is over-excited and over-tired. It cannot find peace and quiet.
Only gets tired late in the evening
Children need a reliable bedtime in order to get a good night's sleep. For most, 8.00 pm (+/-) is a good time for this. If your child really gets going in the evening and the bedtime is closer to midnight than to the evening hours, this is stressful and unhealthy for the child. It is not only important for the parents, but also for the child to establish a reliable time to go to sleep.
Demands employment at night
It is normal for both adults and children to wake up at night. It is important that they manage to fall asleep again quickly. Night-time feeding needs in infants and toddlers can usually be satisfied quickly. However, if the child develops playtime and needs something to do before it can go back to sleep, you should establish attachment-orientated sleep support for the sake of yourself and your child.
My sleep coaching will help you with this:
lovingly and caringly solve your child's sleep problems
Simple realisation in small steps
Rapid success and more satisfaction
customised to your child's problems
Practical tips to help the whole family
species-appropriate and age-appropriate - without crying
