You will receive a real midwife invoice from me. I am recognised as a midwife by all health insurance companies. Many of my women have submitted the invoice to their health insurance company and have been reimbursed the full price. Some only partially. Unfortunately, online video courses are not yet officially recognised by health insurance companies. In my experience, they are currently very accommodating. It's always worth a try. In the closed support group, the pregnant women also exchanged tips and tricks.

After booking a course, you will receive access to a closed member area. You have access to this 24/7.

Definitely. That's why access is provided here for 12 months. You can also start your first exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor during your pregnancy. You can find out more about this in the course.

As often as you want. Even with your partner.

Absolutely yes! It is a must for the partner to prepare for the birth of the baby just as well as the mother. Only in this way can both gain confidence for the birth and prepare as a team. There are also exercises for this.

Online courses are usually pre-recorded course units consisting of videos, PDFs and text elements. We have prefabricated these and they are available for download via Elopage. Anyone who books an online course with us receives an Elopage customer account (no additional fees).

If you want to view your online course, you need to log in to elopage.com and access your purchased digital courses there.

Online workshops are unique online events planned by us. Katharina organises most of the workshops on her own. The topics we cover are based on the interests of our course and workshop participants. If a question comes up frequently in our groups and chats, we organise an online workshop on it.

We have already been able to help several thousand women and parents in our free online events. Do you also have a topic that interests you? Then send us your question: in**@**************me.de

As a woman with statutory health insurance, you are entitled to a consultation with a midwife. If you do not use another midwife, you do not have to pay for our counselling. We will bill your health insurance company directly.

If you need us in addition to another midwife, it is possible that the health insurance company will only pay for the consultation if you submit the invoice to your health insurance company yourself. In this case, we recommend that you choose the status of self-payer. You will receive an invoice from us, which you can submit to your health insurance company.

It is important to us that you get all your questions answered. In principle, you can contact us as often as you need. We will only invoice you if you have actually needed us. If you wish, we can bill your statutory health insurance company directly.

Health insurance companies have budgeted the number of midwife contacts they pay for. This means that the number they pay for is limited. That sounds a bit complicated. In practice, however, it's quite simple. In almost all cases, the amount that is paid for is absolutely sufficient. You probably won't even notice this limitation.

That is your claim:

Up to 12 consultations during pregnancy are covered by health insurance. After the birth, you are entitled to daily midwife consultations until the tenth day after the birth. After that, your health insurance will pay for 16 consultations until your baby is 12 weeks old. After that, health insurance companies will pay for 8 more consultations. You choose which midwife you would like to receive these services from.

As a statutory health insurance patient, you pay practically nothing for our consultations. You give us the details of your statutory health insurance and we take care of the rest.

As a private patient / self-payer, you can use Paypal, credit card and direct debit*.

*Depending on the credit institution.

That is different. I have designed all the lessons so that they are to the point and easy to understand. The lessons last between 3 and 20 minutes. So you can quickly find your way around the topics if you are looking for something specific.

Birth preparation course: 12 months

Infant care: 12 months

Baby massage 12 months

Postnatal gymnastics: 12-24 months (2 years in programmes)

Breastfeeding: 12 months

First aid for babies and children: 12 months or for life (depending on choice)

Absolutely yes! Even if you've already had an offline presence course. With my course, you can repeat all your technical knowledge. Whenever you want. As often as you want.

Even before the birth, you can quickly look up the most important topics and familiarise yourself with them.

It is particularly worthwhile for training breathing techniques to relieve pain during labour.

Yes, the workshops and online events offered on our dates are currently free of charge. When you register, you will also be subscribed to our newsletter.

We can offer the whole thing free of charge, as we refer to our further offers at the end of the workshop and interested parties can then purchase. This is completely voluntary. You can therefore listen to the entire workshop at your leisure, ask your questions and then either listen to our offers or simply leave the workshop at the end.

The workshops are a great opportunity to ask your questions to a midwife and get expert answers. Some workshops are so well attended that too many questions are asked. In this case, all questions are answered by email afterwards.

You can simply add the courses that interest you to your shopping basket and then book them using the payment method of your choice. When you book, an account will be created for you, which you will then need to view your courses.

If you are privately insured, you will receive a midwife invoice from us. As with all invoices for medical services, you can submit this to your private health insurance company or the subsidy. We bill according to the private fee schedule for midwives in Bremen (GebO Bremen).

All statutory health insurance companies cover the costs of midwife assistance. If you don't want to pay yourself, you just need to make sure that you can manage with the number of consultations that your health insurance company pays for. This is enough for most women. If you need more consultations, you have the option of submitting a self-pay invoice to your health insurance company. Most health insurance companies are accommodating. They will then pay the midwife's bill.

Here you can find out more about the Health insurance benefits.

More and more health insurance companies are adapting to the demands of the digital world. Every day we hear from women who are reimbursed for the costs of our courses by their health insurance companies. Unfortunately, there are still no standards for digital content. This is why you will receive a midwife's invoice when you book our courses. You can present this to your health insurance company.

Most health insurance companies will cover the costs if no additional classroom course has been taken.

In any case, you can ask your health insurance provider in advance whether they will cover the costs of a digital course.
