Is being a mum new territory for you?

You are not alone!

Every mum or soon-to-be mum faces new challenges and activities that were previously not part of their everyday life.
How much you would like to have someone to talk to in unsuspecting situations. Someone who has good advice in store and, at best, already knows a bit about being a mum.
However, such a person is not always available and you have to find the time for a meeting in the hustle and bustle of the day.

A membership with Notdiensthebamme takes away exactly these hurdles. In our online forums, you will meet other mums who will share their experiences with you.

You don't need an extra afternoon off, you can ask your questions and chat online from the comfort of your own home.
Does that sound interesting to you? Then register for free.

Overview of all

Trimester of pregnancy

Pregnancy is usually divided into trimesters, also known as trimesters. A trimester therefore means 3 months. The derivation comes from the Latin, "tri" for three and "mensis" for month. The first trimester runs from the first to the twelfth week of pregnancy (abbreviated to SSW), the second trimester covers the period from the thirteenth to the twenty-eighth SSW and the last trimester from the twenty-ninth to the fortieth SSW. We have summarised the most important information for each trimester and each week of pregnancy. You can also use the search function to quickly find the article you are looking for.
