Workshop - Complementary food
The introduction of complementary foods is not just about the first spoonful of porridge, but a significant milestone in your child's development.
For many parents, however, the start of complementary feeding brings with it a lot of question marks. We all want the best for our child. New parents are naturally afraid of doing something wrong
Complicated mash schedules that seem to require a university degree, contradictory expert opinions and unsolicited advice from acquaintances - all this leads to even more uncertainty.
In this workshop, I would like to dispel this uncertainty and show you in a simple and understandable way what to look out for when introducing complementary foods.
We look at when the right time is for the first spoonful and how you know if your child is full. Eating is more than just food intake; it is a key to promoting healthy development. I will give you valuable tips to help you provide your child with a balanced diet that contains all the important nutrients and prevents potential allergies.
Porridge or BLW? I will also address this topic in the workshop and help you to find the right method for you and your child.
With an eye on your child's needs, I support you in creating a positive eating culture that will shape your child for life.
