In principle, every pregnant woman in Germany is entitled to midwife assistance. Midwife assistance is paid for by all health insurance companies.
Pregnant women/young mothers from Germany with statutory health insurance do not pay us in advance. We charge our services directly to the statutory health insurance companies. Privately insured persons will receive an invoice which they can submit to their health insurance company/subsidy organisation.
The second parent as well as pregnant women and young mothers from other countries are very welcome at our centre. You initially pay for the personal counselling yourself. Our self-pay invoice can then be submitted to the health insurance companies for reimbursement.
We will answer all your questions directly and professionally. You can reach us via chat, email, phone or video chat.
Do you have a question about your pregnancy that you would like to have answered with confidence and based on evidence? Have you recently experienced more complaints and want to know whether everything is normal?
You've probably heard of things like symphysis loosening, gestational diabetes, water retention, cervical shortening, weight loss or heartburn, but don't know how to deal with them? That's what our consultation with midwife Katharina is for.
Do you still have an important question about your birth and can't sleep peacefully without a proper answer? Whether you have an urgent question about painkillers or the stages of labour, or what you can do to support the birth naturally. Perhaps you need help deciding how your birth should proceed.
You can also discuss all these questions with midwife Katharina. If you want to know everything you need to know about birth and the right preparation for labour, take a look at our Birth preparation course to.
The wonderful time after the birth is there for you to get to know your baby and your baby to get to know you. Once you have found a midwife for your postnatal care, she will help you with the care of your baby, from nappy changing to proper washing, checking the uterus or when you can start your postnatal recovery.
If you haven't found a midwife, you need a lot of knowledge so that you can do everything yourself. If you have any questions, we are always there for you.
You will receive a real midwife invoice from me. I am recognised as a midwife by all health insurance companies. Many of my women have submitted the invoice to their health insurance company and have been reimbursed the full price. Some only partially. Unfortunately, online video courses are not yet officially recognised by health insurance companies. In my experience, they are currently very accommodating. It's always worth a try. In the closed support group, the pregnant women also exchanged tips and tricks.
After booking a course, you will receive access to a closed member area. You have access to this 24/7.
Definitely. That's why access is provided here for 12 months. You can also start your first exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor during your pregnancy. You can find out more about this in the course.
As often as you want. Even with your partner.
Absolutely yes! It is a must for the partner to prepare for the birth of the baby just as well as the mother. Only in this way can both gain confidence for the birth and prepare as a team. There are also exercises for this.
That is different. I have designed all the lessons so that they are to the point and easy to understand. The lessons last between 3 and 20 minutes. So you can quickly find your way around the topics if you are looking for something specific.

Even before the birth, you can quickly look up the most important topics and familiarise yourself with them.
It is particularly worthwhile for training breathing techniques to relieve pain during labour.
